After a long break, trade fairs can finally be held again. We are looking forward to being able to welcome you personally to our booths in Dornbirn or Stuttgart in the coming weeks. Kyburz Sapphire has also continued to more forward over the past year. There are several new developments that we would like to explain to you in a personal conversation.
For example, increasing precision in the production of sapphire prisms is making it possible to manufacture successful retroreflectors for special applications. Gregor Kyburz will be delighted to provide you with a personal explanation of the many possibilities this opens up. He is looking forward to answering interesting questions and to discussing the use of optical components made of sapphire in industry, medicine and research.
New technologies for microlenses
Meniscus lenses and negative lenses in all forms, with a radius starting at 0.80 millimetres, are very much in demand in medical engineering. Thanks to new investments in our machine park, Kyburz Sapphire now possess the technologies necessary for the manufacture and qualification of microlenses.
